Not even you and all your love could bring me down

Well I’m not going to have a happy dad tomorrow! I woke up from my half hour nap and decided the logical course of action was to have a cigarette out of my window because downstairs is so cold, so I leaned out as far as I could, was fine until the end of my cigarette, at which point I realised that leaning headfirst out of a window isn’t a wise thing to do if you’re as light headed as I was, and proceeded to move further back, letting more smoke get into the room, realise I wasn’t feeling great, drop my cigarette out and pass out on the floor. I managed to take my nearly empty, but not empty enough, cup of tea with me so now I have stained carpet and an apartment that smells like smoke. This is a great situation to be in, obviously, I am eagerly awaiting listening to my dad ramble on about rules and respect for property tomorrow when he gets home, and of course I won’t pretend to be asleep when he wakes up, to avoid a conversation.
